All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically processed within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00 - 16:00 WIB for bank transfers, 24 hours for e-wallets). If Your deposit does not appear in Your account within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with Your transaction reference number.

All bets placed on sga89 are final and cannot be cancelled, changed, or voided once confirmed, except in cases of obvious technical error. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Your bets before placing them. sga89 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed as a result of a technical malfunction, error in odds, or obvious pricing mistake.
For sports betting, including football (bandar bola), markets are offered on a wide range of sports and events. Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of each sport. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in the specific sport rules. All casino games, including live dealer games and slots, are provided by licensed third-party game providers. sga89 is not responsible for delays or failures in service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, internet service provider failures, labor disputes, governmental actions, or acts of war or terrorism.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that You have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if Your account poses a security risk to sga89 or other users. Common grounds for suspension include providing false information during registration, creating multiple accounts, engaging in bonus abuse, or using unauthorized betting strategies.
You may request closure of Your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in Your account will be returned to You via Your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonuses or obligations. Please note that voluntary account closure is different from self-exclusion, which is covered under our Responsible Gaming Policy.
Upon termination of Your account for violation of these Terms, sga89 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, winnings, or bonuses in Your account. If Your account is closed due to fraudulent activity, we may also report the matter to relevant authorities and pursue legal action for damages.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to our licensing jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, You agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in our licensing jurisdiction.
